Reservations - Phoning will give you current status of site availability.

Specific site requests will not be guaranteed, but we will try our best to accommodate on the longest stay and date of reservation basis.

Cancellations - Reservations cancelled more than one week prior to the start of the reservation will be issued a full refund minus the booking fee. Reservations canceled one day to one week prior to the start of the reservation will receive a 50% refund minus the booking fee. Reservations canceled within one day of the start of the reservation will not receive a refund.

Two vehicles maximum per site.

Five people maximum per site.

Please let us know if you plan to have visitors or day guests.

The Camping cabin is non-smoking and does not include linens. It sleeps up to 5 guests and there is a two-night minimum stay on holiday weekends.

Check in time is 1:00pm to sunset. Any other check-in time must be approved by management prior to arrival.

Check out time is 11:00am.

Mail - Please note that we are phasing out the ability to receive mail at our campground. Therefore we are not able to accept mail for new check-ins. There are mailboxes available at the Spicewood postoffice, as well as the UPS store and Postnet in Bee Cave.
